They are made from heavy-duty cardstock, ensuring reliable tracking of employee attendance. Each card spans seven days of the week with columns for two In/Out punches daily. Key data fields include Employee Number, Name, Pay Period Ending, Signature Line, Regular Hours, Overtime (OT), Total Hours, Rate, Amount, Earnings, Deductions, Balance, Exemptions, Med and Social Security (FICA), Federal Tax, Insurance, City/State Tax, Unemployment, Disability, Garnishments, and Miscellaneous items. These 4" wide x 9" long cards are also compatible with other manufacturer models and are sold in packs of 100.
The universal time card functions seamlessly with all manufacturer side-loading time clocks, accommodating two cycles of employee in/out punches over a seven-day period. Each pack contains 100 time cards.
